It took months for the initial response, and then more months for the various interviews. It felt inefficient and outdated. While it's a great company, candidates often have other processes going on, and like me, they might not find a comparable role if they wait this long. This process made it hard to move forward.

The interview process involved two stages. The first stage was an in-person meeting with three staff members. The second stage was a Teams call with two more staff. They asked standard competency questions and also scientific/technical questions. The staff were nice and asked follow-up questions based on the initial answers. It felt like a fair interview.

I went for a Verification Engineer role and the interview process was a letdown. It was with two people, one for manual and one for automation. I thought I did well because I have the 5 years of software testing and 3 years of automation experience they wanted. But they said I didn't meet the criteria even though I had the experience. Living close by, so location wasn't an issue. Felt like they ignored my prep. Just wanted to warn others that preparing for this company might be a waste of time since their decisions seem arbitrary. The feedback wasn't clear and made me doubt their hiring.

It was a 1-hour Teams call. They told me to brush up on my electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic skills. Knowing the basics of that and some hospital field basics, the interview went alright technically. However, my interviewer didn't have their camera on and also didn't seem to care for the stories I tried to sneak in that exemplified adaptability or resourcefulness. It seemed like they were reading from a script. Wasn't terrible, but wasn't great. It seems like they're hiring solely off technical ability, which isn't a bad thing but doesn't promote culture.
