The interview had three rounds in total. The first round was a technical round, focused entirely on C++. The second and third rounds were managerial. The third round also involved foreign stakeholders. The managerial rounds weren't too hard, but the technical round was quite interesting. So, just prepare general interview questions.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

Telephonic Interview followed by Face to Face Discussion. I cleared the first round which was a telephonic interview. Then I was called for a face-to-face interview by a third-party consultant. I waited for 5 hours at the office before meeting a BU leader. She was reading an article on her laptop and chatting with people during my wait. She eventually told the consultant she was busy and couldn't meet me. I wanted to discuss this with her and share my feedback, but she gave an annoying and irresponsible reply to the consultant.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process involved a recruiter screen, followed by a manager screen. Then there was a 90-minute Codility test. Finally, I had 1-on-1 meetings with managers and the tech lead. It was tough to get a real understanding of the job, its duties, or the company culture until the very last stage. Honestly, they didn't assess coding skills much; the Codility test was pretty easy, and the other assessments were basic programming trivia. Most of the discussion was about behavioral stuff. I got the impression they really prefer candidates with a background similar to theirs, like experience in an enterprise IT setting, working with legacy software, and being very focused on documentation and processes.
