Technical Behavioral

Honestly the interview process was quite easy, with only two rounds: a phone screen and an interview with the hiring manager. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd recommend being prepared, as they ask a lot about data analysis. Also, make sure you have your own questions to ask them. The hiring manager was approachable, and the interview itself was very easy. Just make sure you understand business and supply chain concepts, and how to use spreadsheets effectively, as this will be helpful.

Behavioral

Got a call about a month after applying for an entry-level gig. It was with HR. They started by asking stuff already on my resume like my education, which was kinda formal and not super engaging. Some questions felt too personal for a first chat, like asking about my marital status and if I have kids. Also, asking where I live seemed unnecessary then, as the job didn't have special requirements. When I asked about hybrid or remote work, they weren't understanding and stressed their in-office model, with no room for discussion. Even after I said it wasn't a fit, they still asked if they should pass my resume along. It was disappointing, felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I get companies do things differently, but it could've been more considerate and transparent for a better candidate experience.

Behavioral Technical

We had a phone call first where they asked some general behavior questions, and then we had a technical interview with engineers. They mostly asked power electronics questions and some basic questions about diodes, capacitors, and inductors. The engineers were pretty nice.
