First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LEGOLAND.
Sales Associate
It was a pretty simple, short interview with the manager. We talked about my experience and skills. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. They made me an offer right then and there during the interview. I got to grab my uniform and supplies immediately after.
- What makes you a good fit for this role
Social Media Executive
So basically there were two rounds to this process. First, I had an interview with the line manager and the director. If I passed that stage, I then had to complete an assessment where I had to show my social media knowledge and my content creation abilities, plus some basic PR knowledge.
- How would you handle a challenging situation?
IT Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward interview process, mostly involving questions about hypothetical situations. They asked things like how I'd fix a client who couldn't connect to the cloud, how to manage task priorities, and some basic tech stuff, specifically DNS and DHCP. We also talked about my background, why I'm interested in this company, and what I do for fun. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
- Can you explain what DNS and DHCP are?
- Describe how you would troubleshoot a client who is unable to connect to the cloud.
- How do you approach task prioritization?
Customer Service Representative
The application process at LEGOLAND usually looks like this: First, you submit your resume and cover letter online. Then, HR reviews your application and might invite you for a phone call. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview. Sometimes there's a practical test or role-play as well. If everything's good, you'll get a formal offer and then start with an introduction/training. Keep in mind, the exact steps can differ depending on the specific job.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer and how you resolved it.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join LEGOLAND's customer service team?
- How do you ensure customers have a good experience even when facing issues?
