Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was quite streamlined and swift. I first completed a virtual video interview where I addressed approximately 8 questions and then submitted the video. Following a review of my submission, I had a phone call the same afternoon to speak with a peer or potential manager. The final stage involved a 30-minute conversation with the CEO. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience, especially given the circumstances with Covid. I was pleased with the prompt follow-up and thorough feedback from HR.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online late one night and was impressed by how quickly I heard back, getting an email the next morning to come in for a meet and greet the same day. Once I arrived, they gave me an overview of the company. After we both seemed interested in moving forward, I had another interview the following day. This interview was different; I was asked questions about how I would be an asset to both the company and myself. I also got to ask the interviewer 15 questions, and they answered them all openly and honestly, which really helped me understand the company culture beyond just business. Even though many employees seemed younger than me (I'm over 30), I left feeling confident about my potential for growth. In less than two days from applying, I received a job offer.

The interview process was pretty easy. The first day had interviews that were about 10 minutes long. There were other people interviewing for the same job, so my interview was quick. I met with the owner, Ramy, who was very approachable and wanted to learn about me and my interest in working for Legacy. The second day was a follow-up interview with a current sales representative to see if I'd fit in with their team. This second interview lasted about 20-30 minutes and was just a casual conversation to learn more about the role.
