Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legacy Business Development.
Sales
The receptionist was really pleasant, but the whole experience felt like a production line. There were three other candidates waiting for the same interviewer, and we were all in and out within five minutes, with more candidates arriving continuously. It definitely didn't make anyone feel particularly valued, even though the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty easy. The first day had interviews that were about 10 minutes long. There were other people interviewing for the same job, so my interview was quick. I met with the owner, Ramy, who was very approachable and wanted to learn about me and my interest in working for Legacy. The second day was a follow-up interview with a current sales representative to see if I'd fit in with their team. This second interview lasted about 20-30 minutes and was just a casual conversation to learn more about the role.
- In your opinion, what makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Sales Representative
It was a really chill process. Started with a questionnaire, and then everything happened over Zoom. I chatted with a few different people who walked me through it all.
- Are you looking for a company that offers growth opportunities, or do you prefer to remain in the same role indefinitely?
