Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was quite streamlined and swift. I first completed a virtual video interview where I addressed approximately 8 questions and then submitted the video. Following a review of my submission, I had a phone call the same afternoon to speak with a peer or potential manager. The final stage involved a 30-minute conversation with the CEO. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience, especially given the circumstances with Covid. I was pleased with the prompt follow-up and thorough feedback from HR.

I got a text from Legacy asking if I was free for an in-person interview. A few days later, I met with the president, who was a nice, straightforward guy. He asked me what I thought the company did (I wasn't sure because the online description was vague) and what my career goals were. I was set up for a second interview, but I decided to look elsewhere. This company essentially has you go door-to-door selling office supplies for Staples, which isn't a bad gig, but I was looking for other career paths.

I put in my application on their careers page and then got a call from the company where they asked me some questions to check if I was a good candidate. Then I went in for an interview and had a 1 on 1 with the owner. After that, I was brought in for a job shadow interview and spent the whole day with an employee.
