I applied and then had a 15 min call interview. The interviewer was nice and asked me about my experience, skills, and some what-if scenarios.

After applying online, I quickly had an appointment to chat with someone, either in person or over the phone. We talked about my health field experiences and how I'd handle conflict. The interview ended with them saying they'd get back to me in two weeks.

The interview process was pretty standard. I started with a phone call with a recruiter, who was actually late, which shortened our time. I initially applied for an ER position, but the recruiter told me that wasn't available and set up a second interview for the PCU instead. After I spoke with the interim director for the PCU, the recruiter contacted me with a job offer. Since I hadn't gotten my license yet, they couldn't provide details on salary, benefits, or relocation, so I couldn't accept. I emailed the recruiter to decline, but they kept pushing. I've received several texts and calls about my license, and even calls from the hospital asking me to start working, even though I'm not employed there and never accepted any offers. Lee Health was my top choice, but this experience has changed my mind.

A recruiter reached out about two positions I applied for, discussing the roles, pay, benefits, and my suitability. Initially, it seemed I was advancing. However, for Job #1, I received a rejection email the next day, stating it was filled, though it remained posted online for a week. For Job #2, I had two group interviews with the department, one by phone which went well, and another virtually. The virtual interview was not ideal; they seemed unprepared, possibly due to technical issues. They focused on scenarios rather than my capabilities as a team member, leading to a sense of disconnect. A promised tour of the department never occurred, which signaled to me that I wasn't selected. The next day, the portal confirmed my rejection.
