Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lee Health.
Customer Service Representative
It was a quick and easy process with two steps. First, I had an introductory call with the recruiter where we talked about the company, my background, and my interest in the role. Then, I had a meeting with the lead and supervisor.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Customer Service Representative
The person interviewing me was super friendly and made me feel like I was already part of the team. It honestly didn't feel like a formal interview, more like a chat with a colleague. This made me feel really comfortable, and I could easily talk about my experiences and different situations.
- What's your approach when dealing with a challenging customer?
Customer Service Representative
I had a panel interview with the supervisor and director, and also some CSRs from different departments. They asked me questions about my personality and how I perform at work, while also explaining their specific job duties. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes.
- Can you talk about your previous jobs and how they fit this role?
- What would a former colleague say about working with you?
- What do you consider your strong and weak points?
