First, there was a phone screen to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had an in-person interview at the actual store where I applied, which was a good chance to show what I can do.

Behavioral

I went into a back room for the interview. The man interviewing me asked me a couple questions and basically rejected me on the basis of not being able to drive at the time, telling me only then that it would be a role that would bounce around different sites and not just the one location. I was fine with this but feel as though I was rejected on this basis alone. The man contacted me afterwards to let me know there was an opening at another site and he'd send me the details of it over but he never did.

Technical Behavioral

It was a single interview, with questions focused on betting and sports knowledge. Some maths were included. It wasn't the hardest interview, nothing to really trip you up on. Usually, you'd have the hiring manager and another manager from a different branch, and sometimes an area manager would be there too.

It was a quick process. First, I had a phone call with the manager, and then I had an in-person interview. I was welcomed into the company with a coffee, and we discussed the job. I don't have much more to add, but I need to reach thirty words.
