Customer Service Manager
First, there was a phone screen to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had an in-person interview at the actual store where I applied, which was a good chance to show what I can do.
- Tell me about how you manage challenging customer interactions.
- Can you share your experience working in a high-speed setting?
- What's your background with using computers for everyday work?
Customer Service Manager
So, there were just 2 stages that I recall. First, a timed maths test to check my mental maths skills. If I passed that, I had a 30-minute interview. I don't remember the exact time limit for the maths test.
- Did you have questions about mental math?
- Were there customer service related questions?
Customer Service Manager
It was a pretty chill interview, only about 20 minutes long with a few different questions. I actually liked it because it wasn't as stressful as other interviews I've had. Started with a casual phone call, then they had me come in for an in-person chat at the shop.
- Can you share an instance where you handled challenging circumstances previously?
