I participated in the selection process a while ago, I did about 5 tests and an interview and had no feedback at all, neither positive nor negative. It's frustrating because we invest time there in the interview and in several tests, but the company doesn't send any message to inform about the process. The interview was good, the recruiter was very attentive, good benefits but the process left something to be desired.

I had 4 tests before the first interview with HR, focusing on logic and English at different levels. The HR interview went well, the interviewer was relaxed and made me feel comfortable expressing myself, asking direct questions and also a bit in English. After passing this stage, I had to make a video talking about myself, and then I had an interview with two managers. The interview lasted about 1 hour 30 minutes, which was very long, with many questions, including in English, and I also had to solve some timed questions during the interview. Overall, it was an excessively long interview aimed at gathering a lot of information, which sometimes seemed to tire the managers during the meeting.

After submitting my CV, the entire process took place online via video calls or assessment platforms. The recruiter reached out, and we had a comfortable initial chat. Following that, I was asked to record a short introductory video. Then, I completed a series of tests covering programming logic and English proficiency, followed by an attention test. Later, I had an interview with a Senior team member where we reviewed my background and they asked some logic questions, which, although unexpected, were quite insightful for assessing logical reasoning skills. In the same week, another meeting was scheduled with the manager of the department I was applying for; this was a more challenging stage that really put me to the test. Ultimately, I received a positive outcome regarding my hiring.

The hiring process was quite lengthy, but throughout it all, the company showed responsibility and empathy. I first had a phone interview with HR, which was a very relaxed experience, more like a chat. Afterward, I completed an English assessment, recorded a presentation video, and took a logical reasoning test. The communication regarding the hiring process's progress was very transparent. I also underwent a profile analysis and an attention test, and finally, an interview with the manager, which was also quite relaxed. We discussed professional goals, future perspectives, a bit about my personal life, and they asked some questions that I believe were to assess my profile.
