Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LabWare.
Intern
I participated in the selection process a while ago, I did about 5 tests and an interview and had no feedback at all, neither positive nor negative. It's frustrating because we invest time there in the interview and in several tests, but the company doesn't send any message to inform about the process. The interview was good, the recruiter was very attentive, good benefits but the process left something to be desired.
- Tell me about a problem you encountered at work and how you solved it.
Intern
It was a very relaxed conversation about previous experiences to better understand my skills. Also, at one point in the interview, I had to speak English and at the end, there was a logic test.
- Tell me about your previous experiences and skills.
- Where do you live?
- What's your experience with leadership and teamwork?
Intern
The process was normal, without any pressure, but there was no feedback at all, even after insisting. No specific questions were asked, just for general knowledge. They asked me to describe the company in English. The person was nice but didn't even seem like HR, just some random person from the company.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
