Had 2 interviews and a technique test. The first interview was an introduction and a walk-through of my portfolio. Then, there was a test on Grasshopper to show my skills. Finally, another interview to go over the test results.

The interview involved standard questions along with an onsite Revit test. The office environment felt very corporate and rigid. While the people seemed approachable, there was a bit of a cool demeanor. Overall, the vibe was just average, okay but not great. The office itself had a basic, minimalist design.

This was a one-hour interview, although I think their standard interviews are usually half an hour. I prepared a 20-minute slide presentation about myself because I couldn't remember what I wanted to say and knew I'd mess up if I just improvised. I didn't get the job, but it wasn't as awkward as I expected. The HR person was very kind and responsive via email, showing warmth to everyone. The interviewers were professional and friendly, trying to connect initially. They listened patiently even though I was rambling.
