It was a panel with 2 people where we went through my portfolio together and had some casual questions and discussions. The atmosphere was friendly and lively. I had to be ready to explain my projects and the thinking behind them. They were also interested in seeing individuality and skills in the portfolio, so there should be a balance between the two.

Two people designed the interview and interviewed me at the end of the day. Both were late for my interview and were constantly distracted during the review. They were overall nonchalant and I felt disrespected, even though I was trying hard to warm up the conversation. The questions they answered were half-hearted.

I had a nice chat with the interviewer the night before, at a campus reception. We went over my background and looked at some of my work together. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested and understanding. They then talked about the firm's work, which was a bit dull but that's what I expected.
