I interviewed with Known and was told I would get an update in a few days, but I never heard back. I followed up twice with the recruiter and got no response. I felt ghosted, which was disappointing. The interview itself was okay, but the lack of communication afterward was unprofessional. Candidates spend a lot of time preparing, and even a short follow-up or rejection would show basic respect. Overall, it left a negative impression.

The process started with a pre-screening call and then had two Zoom interviews, and there were more rounds after that. I liked learning about the agency, but the process felt really long, and I wish I had known more about how I was doing and how many more interviews there were. In the end, I decided to pull out.

Screening interview for Data Scientist that was absolutely unprofessional. The interviewer repeated her questions even after I had answered them, and it was clear she lacked the competence and experience for interviewing senior-level candidates. I think it was a junior-mid level role. After discussing my experience, I was asked Google-style questions, like 'if you were in an elevator and X thing happened with X constraints, what would you do?'. It was a ridiculous and unprofessional approach. I ended the interview myself partway through.

I was reached out to by an external recruitment agency, and after a few weeks (I had almost forgotten about it), HR contacted me to set up three video interviews. These interviews were with members of their account services team, specifically a data scientist, a data engineer, and an account manager. It's worth noting that two of them hold PhDs, which tells me they're really serious about their analytics work. I thought the team was great and I wish them the best.
