I was reached out to by Kailani Budano to set up a phone call. I gave my availability, but the meeting was set outside those times. I told them it wouldn't work. They sent a new invite, and I changed my schedule and got ready. But they never showed up for the call. After I emailed them, they said their reminder didn't pop up and suggested we reschedule for an hour later. I said I could do it in an hour and 10 minutes. But I never heard back and they didn't join the call the second time either.

It was a pretty easy interview. First, there was a screening interview where they asked about my availability, the position I applied for, and other basic stuff. Then, we had a group interview with a few other people applying for the job. We did some activities to get to know each other and to see how we work with others. Each of us picked a card with a word on it, like 'friendliness' or 'communication,' and explained why we picked it. After that, we worked together to solve a written scenario about a customer.

So, they first put you in a small room for a 1-on-1 interview. During this, they mention that the job you applied for isn't available, but they think you'd be a good fit for another department. Even though that wasn't your first choice, you decide to go with it. About 30 minutes later, you have a second interview, this time in a small group setting. Here, you work together on problems to see if you can use teamwork, which is super important for minimum wage jobs. The third interview is also on the same day. It's another individual one, where someone sits you down in a bungalow-like space, tells you they want to hire you, goes over all the details, and then you sign the paperwork. And just like that, you're hired, even if the pay isn't great for the work.
