So after I applied online, I had an initial interview with one person. I had to reschedule because I couldn't work Thursday nights, and they told me to come back after November 2nd. Then, I spoke with someone else about scheduling a group interview. The group interview is basically to see how you collaborate with others. After that, there was onboarding, which covered the essential information for any role, and then I got a date for job-specific training.
