The interview process took a while, with feedback for each round taking about 10 days. Initially, the consultant seemed to agree with the salary budget, but after the HR round, an offer wasn't extended due to budget constraints, which was a letdown after waiting for weeks.

The interview process had 2 steps and was finished in about 1.5 months. First, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager, then with HR about a week later. I got the contract a week after the HR interview. There was a big gap of about 30 days between the two interviews. The environment was really positive.

The video call felt impersonal and indifferent. It was clear I wasn't moving forward. I participated, but honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I was interviewed by people from the department who clearly weren't very interested (maybe the position was already filled). I also never got an official rejection.

Received an invitation for an MS Teams meeting with a 1-week notice, without prior coordination. I had to find out who the participants were myself. Two people were mentioned, but three showed up. The meeting was scheduled for 1.5 hours, with 1.25 hours dedicated to the company's questions. They showed a good level of interest, although at times I felt they were probing for market information regarding Procurement Director roles in matrix organizations. No feedback was provided upon request.

  • What were your responsibilities and accomplishments in your previous roles at X and Y?
