Got a call from a consultancy, then went through a telephonic interview for 45 mins. After that, I had a face-to-face with the Manager, followed by a Matlab hands-on interview. Then I interviewed with the Director for Railway, and finally, an HR interview. Everyone was really enthusiastic and the conversations were thoughtful. They asked a lot about my past experience and education. The HR person was a bit rude, but overall it was a good experience because I got the offer.

I applied speculatively and was contacted for an interview. The recruiter asked personal questions and was very pushy and insistent. In the end, the recruiter suggested that since I'm an energy engineer, the company might not be a good fit because it's more mechanical.
