First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keeper Security.
Director
Fantastic interview process. It was clear from the very start that the recruiting motion is fast, transparent, and comprehensive. Went through every round with increased excitement and enthusiasm to be part of the rocket-ship known as Keeper. Special thanks to Aaryn Apkarian for facilitating a warm welcome and strong expectations at the outset. Regardless of how it turned out, I'd interview to work at Keeper again and again.
- What kind of culture aligns with my work style and management approach?
Executive Assistant and Office Manager
I had a really positive interview experience, even though I wasn’t selected for the role. Logan from Talent Acquisition initially reached out to me on LinkedIn, and the process from start to finish was thoughtful and respectful. The Zoom interview felt very conversational and comfortable. I had to complete a couple of online assessments. My follow-up meeting with Nikita from HR was equally pleasant & friendly, natural, and not rigid at all. What stood out most to me was Logan’s consistent communication throughout the process. I was regularly updated on where things stood, which made a huge difference. In a job market where radio silence after interviews is unfortunately common, this experience was the complete opposite. I truly appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and care shown, and it left a great impression of the company overall.

Event Marketing Specialist
I had one phone call with HR. The interview process moves quickly. First, I had to complete the PI Behavioral Assessment and PI Cognitive Assessment. I finished both but heard nothing back. A week later, I saw the role was gone from their website. It was disappointing not to be notified that the role had been filled. The assessments were a waste of time and not scientifically valid for assessing candidates. Many companies seem to fall for this marketing.
- What makes you seek a new position
Customer Service Representative
Interview process had a great start and then ended poorly. First phone call interview was scheduled fast and gave good intro to company. Second interview scheduled the very next day. Second interview with supervisor started rocky then ended well. Moved to final interview with manager. Thought things went well. He advised I would be hearing back with their decision by next week. Next week comes and nothing. Another week and nothing. I didn’t think a large company like this would resort to ghosting candidates. I feel that’s very unprofessional and unfair to the candidate. A simple rejection email is quick and to be ghosted instead is unacceptable.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer?
