My onsite interviews involved technical and behavioral questions, chats with various engineers, and two coding challenges. The CTO was my final interviewer. Everyone I talked to was friendly and really into their work. The recruiter was super helpful, and the CTO was nice and smart. It was a thorough and fun interview process.

Behavioral Coding Technical

I applied online and was immediately called for an on-site interview the next day, with no flexibility in scheduling. The initial meeting was with the chief guy who was disengaged, texting throughout, and asked about my career aspirations. He then left and brought in developers for background questions and a whiteboard coding task. Later, the chief guy returned, still texting, to discuss the role and introduced another developer for more whiteboard coding. The developers seemed to have received the answers they needed. I was told a decision would be made the next day, but instead, I received a coding test late at night, which I completed and sent back by morning. I got rejected by noon without any feedback, despite requesting it. The overall impression was an unwelcoming, disorganized, and unproductive environment, suggesting they weren't genuinely interested in hiring me from the outset.
