It was an easy process from the beginning. The staff who interviewed me were professional and it felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. It's important to have good product knowledge because they like to talk about the product.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by recruiters and sent my CV. We discussed the role, and then I had to complete some unusual Behavioral and Cognitive tests. However, I ran out of time, and the Behavioral questions felt very strange. They were looking for someone in Europe who spoke a foreign language, but it had nothing to do with Sales. This is a common issue with many American companies; they don't adapt to the local market and then wonder why they aren't successful. If people are rejected based on these tests, you're missing out on individuals with genuine sales skills for that specific market. Of course, it gets easier if you've taken these tests before, but I find it odd that this is how they hire people.

I was contacted by a recruiter who seemed new to the job and did a quick 10-minute call. They asked about my past jobs and told me about a test I'd have to take. They also said I'd interview with the hiring manager later. I took the tests but didn't get the results. After two weeks of no response and no hiring manager interview, I emailed the recruiter for an update. The recruiter finally got back to me saying they picked other candidates. I still don't know my test results or why I didn't get the job. I wouldn't recommend this place.
