First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keadjian Associates.
Account Executive
The interview process was straightforward and I felt informed of the process as I went through it. It started with a screening call from the recruiter who confirmed my background, and then I was set up with an interview with two current employees. I took a writing test and had a benefits call and then did another interview with two members of the leadership team and received an offer within a day. The people who interviewed me were warm and welcoming, but also asked challenging questions. My recruiter made me feel empowered throughout the interview process and like she was my advocate.
- What motivates your interest in joining Keadjian?
Account Role
The process was chaotic, but three rounds of pleasant folks had me excited, and the role was an excellent match with my background and experience. However, in the final interview I was interrogated like a criminal, insulted, and told that my resume was garbage. Given my resume was the first thing the organization saw when selecting me for an interview, I suspect bias was a key factor. Too bad. I’m great at what I do, enjoyable to work with, and, most importantly, I have integrity. Judging from the final interview and the reviews here, I dodged a bullet.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Account Director
The interview process was a great experience. I went through an initial screening call with the recruiter and then two interviews with 2-3 current staff members in each. The recruiter was clear on what to expect and, if something was going to take longer than expected, she would let me know. No wondering when I would hear back because she was on top of it. The interviews were great conversations about the work and it was more like talking with fellow professionals about the things we love about our work. The writing test made me a little nervous because I haven't taken a test like that in quite a while. But, the instructions were straightforward and I felt good about what I submitted.
- It was a free flowing conversation about my background and the work of the agency.
Vice President
I interviewed with Keadjian and a few other companies at the same time. Keadjian stood out because they communicated clearly, had a shorter timeline, and asked engaging questions. Other companies took forever and kept rescheduling because executives were traveling, but Keadjian was on time and asked relevant questions in each round that gave me a sense of the day-to-day job. There was a written assignment that took about two hours, but they were flexible on when I did it. After I got the offer, I saw why the assignment was important since writing is a big part of the role. Overall, the interview process reflected the company's culture: detailed, high-performing, and professional, which is how it is even now.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult client situation under pressure and explain your solution?
