Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keadjian Associates.
Account Coordinator
The interview process was quite quick and they were very flexible. It consisted of three main parts: an initial call with a recruiter, followed by a writing assessment, and then a final round with the hiring managers and executives.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience using office and writing software?
- How proficient are you with various office and writing software?
Account Coordinator
So first I had this interview with two senior people at the agency, then I had to do this 2-hour written test, they gave me the prompt for it. After the test, I had a final interview with two more people from the agency. They made an offer about a day and a half after that. The whole thing took about a week and a half from the first interview to the offer.
- Can you share your previous work and educational background?
- What are your organizational tendencies?
- What are your aspirations for your career path?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was super smooth, much better than others I've had. It included two interviews with VPs and a writing test. They gave me plenty of time for the test and let me choose when to do it. They answered my questions really fast. The questions they asked were pretty direct.
- Describe your writing style.
