Software Engineer
The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute recruiter phone screening. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with the engineering manager where we discussed my past experience and skills. Next, there was a 1-hour coding assessment on CodeSignal with an engineer, which started with a LeetCode easy problem and then progressively added more complex requirements. It was still a pretty easy coding challenge. The final stage involved 4 hours of panel interviews spread over two days. These included pair programming on a coding problem, data infrastructure questions, and a "Q&A" presentation about a past project I worked on. After a week of studying and preparation, they cancelled the entire thing the morning of the interview because they had filled the position.
- Can you take an array of strings that are the word form of numbers (like "One", "Two", "Three") and return the integer value?
Customer Success Manager
Application got a response within 2 weeks. Had a call with the recruitment Manager, then a call with the Senior / Hiring Manager (this was a 3 part 30 min call). After that, I had a call with the SVP, followed by a call with the Senior Director of Solutions, and then a call with the Senior Vice President of Sales. The final round was a presentation where I had to do a mock experience demo with the Senior Manager / Senior VP / Strat Manager. They gave live feedback at the end of that call.
- Standard conversation starter questions
- Overall very conversational interview
- No hard hitting/ old school style questions
Account Manager
This company's recruitment is so bad. They reached out to me three times in November & December 2021. The first time I started the initial process, and there was no follow-up or feedback after phone screens. The second time they reached out again and claimed it was a brand new position, yet it was the same. Again no follow-up or proper recruitment management in communications. Today I received from the same recruiter a 3rd attempt to recruit me. I have declined because candidates will not be treated well here.
- Why this company?
Business Operations Analyst
Do not waste your time applying for this garbage company. They wasted 3 months of my time. I was supposed to give the final round, and I had a good feeling that I was going to get the job. On the day of the final interview, the HR wanted to speak with me before the interview, as to know what my salary expectations were. Then after 2 hours, I get a mail saying that the interview was postponed. Then the next following day, I got a mail saying that the position was filled and unfortunately it is no longer available.
- First round is with the VP, focusing on behavioral questions.
- Second round involves an assignment with basic Excel and SQL questions, due in 3 days.
- Third round is an interview with the Team Lead.
