This company's recruitment is so bad. They reached out to me three times in November & December 2021. The first time I started the initial process, and there was no follow-up or feedback after phone screens. The second time they reached out again and claimed it was a brand new position, yet it was the same. Again no follow-up or proper recruitment management in communications. Today I received from the same recruiter a 3rd attempt to recruit me. I have declined because candidates will not be treated well here.

The interview process was straightforward and efficient. It consisted of three remote interviews in total. I met with both peer colleagues and management who were all relevant to the role.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone screen with an HR rep. It was pretty simple and went fine. After the interview, the HR rep. sent me a presentation assignment about a piece of technology. It was also an easy assignment, but took a fair bit of time, especially while I was working full-time. I sent the assignment in and saw someone was out of office, so I sent it to their out of office email. I didn't hear back until the next week, when the person told me they had just filled the position but would still look at my test. They said they'd reach out if I was a good fit for another role. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time doing the test since it seemed like they already had someone further along in the process.
