The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked fundamental questions about algorithms and data structures, so brushing up on those basics should make it manageable. They put a significant emphasis on coding paradigms, and one round even touched upon system design, although it wasn't overly technical, just expecting basic answers.

Started with a recruiter chat, then moved on to three technical interviews. First, there was a programming screening where I had to code while sharing my screen. After that, an architecture screening where I had to design a data pipeline. Then, a technical screening involved writing queries on a given dataset. Finally, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager. The whole process took about a month, and communication was really good.

The interview process was really clear and had a few stages, but it didn't feel overwhelming. It started with a phone call with a recruiter, Deepthi, who was very considerate and kept me updated. Then, it was a mix of one-on-one Zoom interviews with the hiring manager and team, plus a take-home project. The project felt relevant and not just busy work, and it changes depending on the role. They really want to get to know you and your work style, focusing on fit and culture, and how you approach situations.

The interview process has several phases. You'll start with a recruiter (talent acquisition) who will ask about your background, work, and projects. The recruiter is professional and friendly, and you can ask any questions to understand the company better. The next interview is to present your portfolio, projects, and design methods. If you pass that, you'll do an offline usability test on a website. Then, there's an online white-board practice. The final stage involves interviews with other teams, including PM, Engineer, and Marketing. It seems like a long flow, but it helps you understand each other more. This process helps you make the right choice for yourself and the company, and gives you a chance to ask questions and do some research.
