My first interview went well, and scheduling was easy. I was told I'd made it to a second round and it was scheduled for the next week. When I showed up for the second interview, I found out the job had been filled the previous week, but they still wanted to have the meeting. It was disappointing, but I stayed on the call and talked more about my background. I mentioned I might be interested in future roles if they fit my skills. I was let down by how this was handled because I thought the role was still open. I gave this feedback to both people I'd been in touch with, and they understood how I felt. Because of this, I don't have the best impression of the company.

Just a heads up to anyone looking to apply, they seem like a decent company, but honestly, your chances of getting hired are super low unless you already know a lot about Amazon Marketplaces. The whole process kicks off with an audio call on Zoom with a recruiter. After that, you'll have an interview with a Team Lead. If you pass that, they'll give you an assignment to finish within 24 hours. The final step is an interview with the Support Lead. I got a rejection email after the second interview, by the way.

It was a 3 step interview process. First a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, and the final interview was with the director. They also gave me a take home project. It was a positive experience overall. The interviews can be nerve wracking but they make you feel at ease right away!
