The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked fundamental questions about algorithms and data structures, so brushing up on those basics should make it manageable. They put a significant emphasis on coding paradigms, and one round even touched upon system design, although it wasn't overly technical, just expecting basic answers.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was made up of 5 interviews in total (an introductory call, two technical interviews and two behavioural interviews). It was pretty straightforward and easy to get through. The recruiting team was always quick to help out and answer questions. The only downside was that the whole thing took a while, which is understandable since they want you to talk to lots of people on the team. Because it took so long, some of the interviews felt a bit repetitive with similar questions being asked.

So the recruiter reached out on Linkedin and we set up a video call to chat about the job. They explained everything clearly, and then I got an email with details on all the steps and how to get ready. After that, I had 3 interviews: an Engineering Screen, a Coding Screen, and a Final Interview which had a Coding Signal (45 min), a System Design Signal (45 min), a People Signal with the Hiring Manager (45 min), and a People Signal with Engineering (45 min).

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • I got typical behavioral questions.
  • In the Coding Signal, I was asked to solve one algorithm problem.
  • Also in the Coding Signal, I had to create an SQL query.
