The JSW GET interview process was pretty straightforward and focused on merit. It involved an aptitude test, followed by technical and HR rounds. The interviewers were professional and nice to talk to. I got selected but decided to decline the offer because of the site work and remote plant location. It's a good place for learning, but might not be the best if you're looking for a good work-life balance.

First, there was an application and shortlisting. Then, an online assessment. After that, a technical interview and finally an HR interview. During the technical interview, they really dove into your engineering subjects, so be clear on core concepts for your branch. Be ready to explain your projects (final-year or internship) in detail. They might also ask puzzles or real-life scenarios for problem-solving. Depending on the field, they'll ask about tools/software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python, etc.
