The JSW GET interview process was pretty straightforward and focused on merit. It involved an aptitude test, followed by technical and HR rounds. The interviewers were professional and nice to talk to. I got selected but decided to decline the offer because of the site work and remote plant location. It's a good place for learning, but might not be the best if you're looking for a good work-life balance.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you share details about your most significant project or internship?
  • Could you describe the operational flow within a standard steel plant?
  • Would you be open to relocating to a remote area?
