It was a really quick interview, mostly focusing on personal questions and company values, and some situational questions. I had two interviews, one at the start and one at the end. The interviewer also asked me to recall the company rules and my availability if I were to work as a student.

Behavioral Technical

It was a two-stage interview, spread over two different days. They were very kind and, above all, very clear, transparent, and fair. Regarding my personal experience, just based on how the interview went (regardless of the outcome), I give it my highest rating. They are professional and legally correct; even before evaluating if the candidate is suitable or not, they explain in detail all the working and contractual details, being transparent and exhaustive on every point. Clear, direct, honest.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was quite drawn out, involving three interviews and two tests. I ended up withdrawing my application because of the lack of clear progress. The initial HR interview was particularly unpleasant. I was asked for my salary expectations, but they wouldn't share their offer range. I had numerous questions about the hiring process, the role itself, and the company, but repeatedly received responses like "I don't know." It felt like the interviewer wasn't fully engaged, often responding with vague affirmations like "Uh huh," "Yes," or just nods, which didn't add much substance or encourage a real conversation. It seemed like the hiring team expected a significant time commitment from me without being willing to invest the same effort. A really poor experience overall.
