The interview process was alright. I was asked to talk about my past experiences and explain how my skills could benefit the role I'm applying for. Overall, it was an okay process, but the interview location was pretty noisy and distracting.

- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?

The interview was great! They asked me if I have customer service experience, how patient I am, and how much I love customers. What I loved most was when they asked me "what if there's angry customer in front of you and you take their order?" I answered, well, I will smile at them and take their order and answer their question as nicely as I can. The manager still asked me what if that customer is uncontrollable, making an argument, so rude, etc. I said, if I can't handle them anymore I'll call my supervisor or manager to take my position to that customer and I'll take another customer in line.
- Do you have experience with customer service?
- What is your level of patience?
- How do you feel about customers?
