I filled out the online form and then got an offer for an interview round where the Manager was present. The Manager was the one who asked the questions. The whole process felt long because it took them a while to actually set the interview date.

The test is easy logic, math, english. Then they will tell you if you pass or not, then an panel interview. Give you piece of paper, for online exam. After 3 weeks, received a text if you pass the online exam then interview by an area manager. Which is they should tell ahead of time they will hire the one with experience.

First was an interview with a basic exam. Then, an interview with the Managing Director. Third, there was a managerial time-pressured exam by the main office. Fourth, a 2.5-month basic stations training and exam. Fifth, a 1.5-month managerial skills training. Finally, a defense with the receiving store manager and group manager, followed by store assignment and graduation.
