The interview process went great, the people were nice. I had to interview, and the interviewer let me know if I got the job after 3 weeks. You'll need to apply on Indeed and then on their site to see what's available. Be as professional as possible. You'll also have to do a physical test, which isn't hard, but be prepared.

I got referred by a recruiter, which was good. But at the site interview, things were weird. The site felt disconnected from corporate, like they did their own thing mostly. Some companies feel more together. One interviewer ditched my interview to yell at someone, then showed up late and acted like I was bothering them. I also met someone who was doing EHS and a bunch of other stuff, and they didn't seem like a good partner. It just felt disjointed.

  • What's your experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) tasks?
  • How do you manage EHS responsibilities when a site operates somewhat independently?

Behavioral Group

First, there was a recruiter interview. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with two people in a group. One interviewer was really intimidating and rude, they totally ignored my answers and acted like they didn't want to be there. The other interviewer seemed scared of them and unhappy too. It felt like no one there liked their job or enjoyed working there. When I asked about the company culture, they didn't have much to say beyond bringing in food. From what I've heard and gathered, people leave this department really quickly. The only thing they seem to offer is pay. They also make you give them 4 references upfront, and those people have to complete a long survey about you. This should really only be done after an interview, it's a waste of your references' time.

  • What is one thing your manager would advise you to stop doing?
