I initially connected with a recruiter on LinkedIn after applying for the Account Specialist role. This first interview felt like a standard screening with some general questions. The recruiter mentioned that the next step would be an interview with a regional manager. However, I never got a response about scheduling it. After two weeks of no communication, I reached out and found out the position was already filled. The whole experience was pretty disappointing and seemed unprofessional given the company's size, especially the candidate ghosting part.

Behavioral Group

First, there was a recruiter interview. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with two people in a group. One interviewer was really intimidating and rude, they totally ignored my answers and acted like they didn't want to be there. The other interviewer seemed scared of them and unhappy too. It felt like no one there liked their job or enjoyed working there. When I asked about the company culture, they didn't have much to say beyond bringing in food. From what I've heard and gathered, people leave this department really quickly. The only thing they seem to offer is pay. They also make you give them 4 references upfront, and those people have to complete a long survey about you. This should really only be done after an interview, it's a waste of your references' time.

I chatted with two people, both of whom were managers or close to it. They asked some tough but fair and pertinent questions. I was really impressed with them and the company.
