The interview process had two rounds: one technical and one focused on social and cultural fit. They sent out instructions beforehand on what to expect and how to prepare. It was very organized, and the interviews, while intense, were friendly.

So the interview was pretty involved. Started with a recruiter call, then I spoke with the hiring manager for the implementation team. After that, it was a panel interview with two other PMs and then another panel with the manager for the role. It was good to talk to the team, but the second panel felt a bit disorganized. The PMs seemed to not know what they wanted to ask and were texting each other, which was weird. Also, when I asked questions at the end, they kind of brushed them off. I think they should train the peer interviewers better on asking good questions and making sure the interview feels respectful. It'd be good if they were ready to talk about common project risks and how the company handles them.

I was internally hired for this role after a year in another department. The interview process was chaotic and unclear; they didn't really explain the job, its requirements, what management expected, or the limited opportunities for advancement. Compensation wasn't brought up, and discussing pay with other analysts is frowned upon. I was questioned for an hour by six people who never introduced themselves or explained how their questions related to the job. I initially turned down the offer because I misunderstood it, as 'Navigation Information Analyst' is a vague internal title for many different jobs.

I got a call from HR to schedule an interview for the next week. It was a panel interview with the direct reports and peers. It lasted an hour. They asked behaviorial questions and then I got to ask questions. They said HR would call by the end of the week. A panel member called me 2 hours later for a second interview, scheduled for a week later. The second interview was panel style with a peer and a direct report. One panelist was not paying attention. They said I'd hear back by end of day or end of week. No offer or rejection call. I found it odd for a company that size to not do a rejection call/letter. The receptionist was friendly and most employees were nice. But I was put off by the constant watch looking and not paying attention.
