It took about 3 weeks after I submitted my resume for them to get back to me. Once I got the offer, it was another 3 weeks, making the whole process about a month and a half, which felt pretty long. I was hired after a phone interview. Oddly, they didn't ask much about my experience or skills, just a lot of on-the-spot corporate behavioral questions.

I was internally hired for this role after a year in another department. The interview process was chaotic and unclear; they didn't really explain the job, its requirements, what management expected, or the limited opportunities for advancement. Compensation wasn't brought up, and discussing pay with other analysts is frowned upon. I was questioned for an hour by six people who never introduced themselves or explained how their questions related to the job. I initially turned down the offer because I misunderstood it, as 'Navigation Information Analyst' is a vague internal title for many different jobs.

They e-mailed me to set up an on-site interview for two weeks out, but since I was out of the country, we switched to a webex call. On the interview day, they were surprisingly 30 minutes late. The interview itself was pretty easy, though I was a bit nervous. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, but I had to email them first to find out what was going on. The next day, someone from Jeppesen called to offer me the job. They asked about my work status in the US, and I confirmed I'm a permanent resident. Then they checked if I knew they don't cover relocation, which I did. The potential start date was given, and it worked for me. The recruiter said he'd be in touch once he sorted out the logistics. After about two weeks of waiting, I emailed again, and they mentioned they were waiting for final approval. It was a bit of a mess, honestly, making the whole recruitment process a nightmare for me.
