I went through a few interviews with different managers. The interviews were pretty conversational and the people were great. There was also a mock quiz where I had to fill out some info to show what I understood about the job. I also met with several managers in the same interview call.

Communicated via email. The recruiter scheduled a phone call. I was given project tasks to finish. Then, I had a Zoom meeting with the project leaders. Overall, it was a really good experience. The recruiter was helpful and clear throughout.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process took about three weeks, which is quite long. It started with a Recruiter Call, followed by a Call with the Creative Lead. Then, there was a Brainstorm session with the VP. This led to a Creative Presentation and then two 45-minute Panel Calls. I was told mid-interview that the hiring manager had changed, and it seemed like they were still shifting positions around the company.

Technical Coding

I interviewed for a seasonal communications specialist role, which I thought was mainly an editing/writing job. The recruiter was super professional and explained everything, and followed up fast. But the process included a test with writing/editing parts and some confusing questions about a launch's different parts/dates. It was harder than I expected for the job description, and I didn't pass, so that was the end of it for me.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What's your strategy for getting a client who isn't responding to approve something critical for a product launch?
