After submitting my resume and cover letter, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. This recruiter was honestly one of the worst I've encountered – zero personality and the call lacked any real direction or purpose. It was just basic questions about my experience and responsibilities, and the recruiter sounded completely robotic.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included two phone interviews, an audition that required significant preparation, and a background check and reference check. An unusual step was the request for references before extending an offer, which prevented the use of my current employer. Some interviews involved potential colleagues. The product knowledge required was extensive and somewhat unrealistic given its complexity. While the team was friendly, the interview seemed to prioritize personality over data-driven skills, raising concerns about the business's future direction.

Behavioral Presentation Case

There were 3 interview steps in total. The recruiter Natalia called me within five minutes of submitting my resume, and I appreciated her energy, proactiveness, and transparency. Next, I had a phone interview with the director of sales, who was great, patient, and informative. The final step was an in-person interview and role-play with 4 senior team members. It was challenging, enjoyable, and educational. The team was warm and welcoming, making the whole process 5 stars, even if I don't get an offer. Fingers crossed for an offer.
