I was called for an interview twice for this role. They have been posting this position for about 2 years now. The last recruiter mentioned that it seems like everyone has interviewed with them already. During the first interview, they came across as arrogant and overly proud.

The process began with Vale RH. After the initial interview, I wasn't selected. However, the first process was quite smooth. I answered questionnaires, and then I had an individual interview where I was asked about my favorite subjects, how I saw myself in 5 years, and so on.
