- What makes you want to join this company?
Graduate Engineer
The interview process included an interview with a staff member, two group tasks, two tests, and a presentation. The presentation was about experiences that make you suitable for the company. One group task involved building a structure as fast as possible, and the other was a brain teaser. The interview itself was quite relaxed and focused on competency questions. Lunch was provided.
- Can you provide examples of your competencies?
- Do you have knowledge of engineering, maths, physics, and this company?
- Given a product, what changes would you suggest?
Graduate Engineer
So, the interview started with a video chat, then I had to do some online aptitude tests. They threw some questions at me like asking about a time I was resilient, why I wanted to work there, and if I had an innovative solution for a problem I faced. - What is your motivation for joining us?
- What can you offer to the company?
