Getting information was like pulling teeth. The whole process took weeks. It included a phone screen, two interviews, and a chat with the hiring manager. The interviews themselves were fine, but the team's vibe was weirdly discouraging. After all that, I heard nothing for weeks. I had to email them to finally get a generic rejection. It's wild how a company would just leave candidates hanging. Immature and unprofessional, really.

The interview process was straightforward. I had an initial chat with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The first actual interview stage was held at the London Liverpool Street office, which is a great location and the interviewers were really nice and friendly.

Behavioral Technical

For this technical role, there were no technical interviews. Instead, there were two rounds of behavioral interviews with typical questions. When I was trying to schedule one of the interview time slots, I had to send a follow-up email reminder to get it set up. They mentioned they'd get back to me after finishing interviews with other candidates, but I was ghosted and never heard back.

Behavioral

The interview process was quite long, involving several phone calls with an internal recruiter, which I felt could have been consolidated into a single call. After my initial interview, I was asked to provide feedback, which I did openly. However, when I requested feedback on my own performance, I didn't receive any. This was disappointing given the significant time I invested in the calls and the interview, leaving me with a somewhat negative impression.
