The interview had a mix of structured and informal parts to check technical skills and if I'd fit in. First, there was a screening call about my background, general experience, and why I applied. It was pretty casual, trying to see how I talk about and present my past work.

I had one interviewer who asked me about my past jobs, why I wanted to join Jack Wills, and some competency questions. I also had to do a SWOT analysis presentation.

It was a standard interview. They asked me about my past experiences, what qualities make a good team member, and crucially, about my flexibility. My main worry is that they only offer 0-hour contracts and that the teams are really small.

I got to the store and was told to look around. About 12 other people were there. We were called into the main store area. We split into groups to learn fun facts about each other, then shared them with the whole group. Then we switched groups and had to find a Valentine's Day outfit in the store. We got back together and had to explain our choices, the washing instructions, and the total cost. After that, I had a 20-30 minute 1:1 interview. The whole thing lasted a bit over an hour.
