The hiring process took more time than I expected to get to an offer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the interview was straightforward. I would go through it again. The staff were friendly and they asked basic questions about my past work history and personal life, including hobbies.

Sales Project Manager
The process began with me seeing the job posting and then applying. My first contact was a phone call with HR representative Sara Kirchner. We discussed the job role, some responsibilities, and she asked about my past work at my current company. After that, we scheduled an on-site interview at the Appleton office with Sara Mann and Josh Peterson. This interview was more in-depth, with detailed questions about the position. Sara explained the company's structure and overall goals, while Josh elaborated on the department's setup and objectives as a controls contractor, also mentioning the customer base and service areas within the state. The overall vibe was comfortable and welcoming, and I got a comprehensive understanding of the company. Over the next few weeks, Josh and I had further phone discussions about the day-to-day aspects of the role and any other questions that came up. We talked about union/non-union aspects, installation methods, service, and vacation policies. Josh promptly addressed any questions I had.
- How do you handle a challenging customer?
