- How would you improve the company?

I had a great experience interviewing for this role, it felt very smooth and better than other companies I've talked to. For me, there were three interview phases: first a phone call with HR, then an interview with two managers, and finally a video interview with a general manager. My recruiter always got back to me within a week after each step, and I got an offer just a few days after the last interview. The compensation package offered was great (pay, benefits, time off, bonuses, etc). All the interviews were very direct and focused on understanding my experience and skills. Everyone I spoke with at the company spoke highly of the company culture and how employees are treated. This, and the great communication, made me really excited about possibly joining.
- Can you share an instance from your past work or studies where you had to make a tough choice?

The interview experience at J.F. Ahern was really professional and positive, better than places I've interviewed before. It involved a phone interview, an in-person meeting, and then a job shadow. The whole time, a Recruiting Specialist kept in touch, answering my questions quickly. After the job shadow, I got an offer.
