Sales Enablement Specialist
Submitted application online followed by recruiter Google Meet. They are being a bit too picky considering the tech market is small in south Florida. Pay is low, offering the same amount or less than remote roles. There is nothing enticing me to go from a remote role to full time in person for the same or less money. The process has multiple steps: 3-4 calls, then an assignment, then another 3-4 in-person meetings. But I was ghosted after the call with the recruiter. They expect you in office 5 days a week.

Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, there was an initial phone interview/screen with HR. This was followed by another interview with someone from the CS org. What was a bit unusual, and actually a major red flag for me, was that the second interview was with the CCO instead of the hiring manager. This makes me think that the executive in charge of the CS org either micromanages or doesn't have confidence in the Global Director of CS to make a good hiring decision. It made me concerned about potential instability, which is why it's super important to pay attention to the small details when you're interviewing them too.

Marketing Manager
The interview process involved four rounds, including a take-home exercise. It was a pretty smooth and not overly challenging experience. My main feedback is that after putting in the effort to create a full marketing campaign for the exercise, it would have been great to get more specific feedback on why I wasn't selected.

Accounting Director
So I sent in my resume and then the recruiting coordinator got in touch to set up a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I thought that one went pretty well, and they asked me back for a second round to chat with another team member. That also seemed to go well, and then I had a bunch more rounds, eventually meeting with some of the company's executives. It took about 6 weeks of interviews, and then, like, radio silence. I reached out to see if they were still considering me, and found out they'd picked someone else. Everyone I met was really nice and professional though.
