Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, there was an initial phone interview/screen with HR. This was followed by another interview with someone from the CS org. What was a bit unusual, and actually a major red flag for me, was that the second interview was with the CCO instead of the hiring manager. This makes me think that the executive in charge of the CS org either micromanages or doesn't have confidence in the Global Director of CS to make a good hiring decision. It made me concerned about potential instability, which is why it's super important to pay attention to the small details when you're interviewing them too.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was super simple, no projects or anything. I chatted with people and got to interview them too. It made me really want to work at Kandji!
- Can you share your experience with leading renewal discussions?
- Describe your approach to mitigating risk.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was well managed and very time efficient. The company is growing and looking to build out its APAC team, so this role would be the first hire in that region. It's a small team, but it seems well managed, mostly from the West Coast of the USA.
- How would you approach managing customers across various countries remotely as the first team member in the APAC region?
