It was a quick process with a screening, then a few meetings with the team, some solo and some group ones, and also an assignment. The team was communicative and fast. I really liked the recruiting team.

It was a pretty simple process. They asked the usual interview questions. You met with everyone consecutively. Everyone gave you an overview of the role, but didn't really go into company culture details, which is fine, it just means you have to ask them yourself.

Behavioral Group Presentation

Applied for the Fuel AAE role. The interview process was quite long, starting with an HR screening, followed by a take-home assessment. After that, I had Discovery Days, which included a group interview and a final interview with senior leaders. You can expect typical behavioural questions. The group interview is mainly to assess how you collaborate with others and function within a team. The HR team was very supportive throughout.
